Cerita pasal cycling ni, memang dah lama aku tak pernah berkayuh. Kira-kira 20 tahun lebih dah. Dah tua-tua ni kenalah exercise sikit. Mula-mula berkayuh rasa macam nak tercabut tempurung lutut. Tapi syok ooo... berpeluh satu badan. Boleh tengok pemandangan, relax.. tak tension.

Setakat ni aku cuma 'one man gang rider', tak join mana-mana group. Kalau ada mana-mana group yang sudi menjemput aku berkayuh sama-sama, janganlah segan-segan.. he.. he..
